The right to overthrow our government is not specifically stated in the US Constitution. It is eluded to in the Declaration of Independence but that does not govern our society like the Constitution does. But even if the citizens had a right to revolution in the current day, either natural or legal, and it was clearly stated in the Constitution, they still could elect to do so if they thought their government was no longer of the people, by the people or for the people. After all, if they decided to revolt against tyrannical English despots for what ever reasons they thought valid in order to either correct the current form of government or to start a new form of government, they certainly, at any point, could come to the conclusion that the current form of government was now no longer valid and a new one should be created that better suits the needs and desire for freedom that the current society wants to implement. And the beginning of that revolution could be the storming of the capital building in Washington, D.C. The people of the USA always have the right to revolt. The threat of diminished freedom must always allow it or our country is surely doomed.
