Who is he? The son of beloved Rhode Island politician John Chafee, Linc took his late father's seat in the U.S. Senate, serving as a Republican. He was governor, first as an independent and then as a Democrat. Is he running? No. Chafee announced his run on June 3, but ended it October 23. Who wanted him to run?
