All postings on this site are done anonymously. We consider this site to be self-policing. Meaning if anyone finds something that they deem inappropriate they can add a comment and ask the poster to remove it from the site. Posters can only remove what they post - that includes comments as well.
But the poster may decide not to delete it even if asked to do so.
If the poster does delete it, keep in mind, however, that it can be re-added again later by someone else.
So if you find something that you think is not appropriate and you cannot convince the poster to delete it then please contact the Administrator and we will decide if it should be deleted.
And keep in mind that sometimes when laws are violated we may receive a court order to delete it and if so we will delete it.
There are no user accounts. We do not gather any information about the people who post things. When posting, posters will use a unique private, secret key to associate with each of their posts. This key is stored in our database and will be used to determine if a post is theirs to update or delete. These private, secret keys are not associated with any human being - just the posting. So you must remember which private, secret key you used for any given post before you will be able to update or delete it.
The entire idea behind this site is to give people a place to say what's on their minds anonymously without fear of censorship. However, we prefer that all postings be tempered with common sense and respect for human kind. So we reserve the minimal right to administer some censorship when things clearly get out of hand.
Post what you will - but please, try your best, if at all possible, to not hurt anyone while doing it. Differences of opinion are one thing, but advocating violence against your fellow man is something that is entirely unacceptable.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE YOUBEBITCHIN ENTITIES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ZERO U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $0.00) FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE YOUBEBITCHIN ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
